Workshop records

GarageSheet 3D stores jobs, vehicle details, registrations, technicians, notes, deadlines, payment records, bay layouts, spreadsheet links and preferences in your local browser profile. It does not upload your workshop database to a GarageSheet server. Other people with access to your browser profile may access those records.

Licensing and payments

When you activate or validate a license, the extension sends your license key and, where needed, a device activation identifier or randomly generated device label to Lemon Squeezy over HTTPS. The key and activation identifier are stored locally. Checkout, receipts and subscription management are provided by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy policy. The extension does not collect payment-card details. Optional payment records you enter in a workshop job remain local.

Google Sheets

The extension downloads CSV from public Google Sheets links that you add. Google receives the requested spreadsheet address and network information such as your IP address. Imported jobs and links are stored locally. Connections do not write to Google Sheets or sign in to private sheets. Public sharing can expose spreadsheet contents to others; use CSV import for records you do not want to publish.

Exports, backups and retention

CSV exports and JSON backups are saved where you choose. Full backups contain workshop records, layout, settings, sheet links and recent history, but exclude device licensing credentials. Protect these files appropriately. Local data remains until replaced or removed through browser or extension data controls; uninstalling may remove it. Export a backup before uninstalling. Deactivate your device in Billing first to release its license slot.

Analytics and sharing

The extension includes no advertising, analytics or browsing-history collection. It does not read the contents of pages you visit. It does not sell workshop data or use it for advertising. Network requests needed for licensing and user-selected spreadsheet downloads go to the respective providers.

Limited use

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
